Your latest suggestion was to try a sample of the latest matt finish film for the non painted sections on the panniers of a BMW K1300GT to use alongside the normal bike kit I purchased earlier this year. The results have been great.

"First of all many thanks for the first class job you did fitting the Venture Shield film to the front of my Elise.
After having the nose repainted due to extensive stone chips yours was the product recomended by my local car 'club'. But unfortunatly for me I need you to do it again! You see I was returning from my first drive out since the film was fitted after having a fantastic stone chip free blast over the Moors and Peaks when only five hundred or so yards from my front door my car was hit by an errant wheel trim flipped up by the traffic in front of me. I must have hit it on its side edge at forty mph, it shattered on impact into the nose of the Lotus. On inspection it looked badly marked, enough for another repaint I thought. The Venture Shield film was damaged so I carefully peeled it off the entire nose section. I was amazed and very relieved to see that apart from a few tiny minor marks that were removed with a cutting compound it looked undamaged. Im convinced that your tough film saved my car from cosmetic damage. See you soon to have the 'bumper' section recovered."
